1st International Cyprus Music Festival 2013 won by young cypriot girl representing UK.
Artists from Europe, United Kingdom, Latin America, Russia, Greece and Cyprus took part in the 1st International Cyprus Music Festival 2013 at Alambra Saturday night. Alambra was selected, as Stavros Hadjisavvas, President of the Festival Organizing Committee pointed out, to underline the need for the decentralization of Cyprus cultural life. The Committee of jurors comprising Leonidas Malenis, President and Lygia Constantinidou, Litsa Mavridou, Mairi Pieridou, George Kolias and Andreas Masouras, members awarded the following prizes.
One prize was awarded by the Internet public through direct voting for the most popular song.

Best Song First Prize Leap of faith Eleni Christofi a London cypriot who represented the UK.
Best Song Second Prize UNREQUITED LOVE Αlexey Dorokhin and Maria Pozhidaeva from Russia.
Best Song Third Prize REACH FOR THE STARS Polina Zelmanova, a young russian currently studying in Cyprus.
Most Popular song: S’EMPISTEVOMAI sung by Constantinos Michaeloudes Cyprus.
Best Female singer: Eleni Christofi
Best Male singer: Jonathan Constantinou, Cyprus.
Best Stage Presence: Alexey Dorokhin and Maria Pozhidaeva, Russia.
Best Lyrics: Christos Panagi, Cyprus.
Best Arrangement: Iosif Iskaf from Greece.
Prizes also went to Christina Tselepou and Antonio Manuel.
Special festival Guest was Anastasis K
Prizes were offered by George Theofanous Music Workshop Studio, Mimi Denisi «Central Stage», Success Dance School, Lefki Athena Cultural Centre, Andreas Gerolemou Music School, and Neapolis Pafos University, which co-organized the festival.
